The Home Staging
Staging helps buyers picture themselves living in the home. Well-staged homes often sell faster and for a higher price. We can talk through options that fit your budget and timeline, from small updates to full staging packages.
The Marketing
Your home will be presented with professional photography & videography, 3D matterport tech, digital & print video, and online tours. I’ll market across search platforms, social media, email, and print when needed. The goal is to get the right buyers’ attention from day one.
The Listing Debut
Once the home goes live, it will appear on the MLS and major real estate sites. I’ll also make sure my network of buyers knows about it. Open houses and private showings will be scheduled, and I’ll keep you updated on interest and feedback.
The Accepted Offer
When you accept an offer, the agreement becomes a binding contract. I’ll walk you through each step so you know exactly what comes next.
The Contingencies
Buyers may request repairs or adjustments after inspections or appraisals. I’ll help coordinate bids and use negotiation to keep things fair while protecting your best interests.
The Closing Day
At closing you’ll sign documents, the buyer’s lender will fund the purchase, and the title will be recorded in the new owner’s name. Once complete, you’ll hand over the keys and the sale will be finished.
